Terms and ConditionsOnce the order is received and accepted, the artist will send an invoice to the customer for the money owed. The invoice amount is to be paid in full by the customer BEFORE the artist begins working on the order. The artist will provide the customer with work in progress emails along the way, where the customer will be allowed to suggest minor changes. The customer will be receiving a colored digital .png file by email. No physical prints will be sent out. However, the customer is permitted to print a copy for themselves at a local print shop. The order is for the paying customer only, and is not to be resold for profit. The Chibi Icons discounted set prices apply to multiple icons of the SAME character. Two or more separate characters require separate Chibi Icon orders for each.Refund PolicyFull refunds are available if cancelled before the artist begins working on the order or if artist is unable to complete the order within 4 months of receiving payment. Orders may be canceled at any time, however, the artist will keep a percentage of the price depending how far along they are on the order to reimburse the work done. There will be no refunds, however, if customer decides to cancel when the order is complete.
